EDO® Quality Label
Choosing a registered equine osteopath with an EDO title (Equine Osteopath EDO®) is crucial, especially since osteopathy is not officially recognized in Belgium.
Anyone can call themselves an osteopath, unfortunately, this does not contribute to the credibility of the profession.
The EDO title is awarded by the International Register for Equine Osteopathy (IREO). This register guarantees the quality of registered equine osteopaths.
An equine osteopath with the EDO title has successfully passed the rigorous IREO exam and meets high standards. The title is protected and guarantees professional expertise.
Additional Therapies - Frequency Specific Microcurrent
About B-E-St
In 2019, I came into contact with B-E-St. This holistic therapy was developed 29 years ago in Belgium by Jacques Caluwé and utilizes frequency-specific microcurrent.
This therapy is now used in over 20 countries for the treatment of top athletes in various disciplines.
Inspired by Robyn Taylor and Willy Hostens, pioneers in using this therapy on horses, I pursued further training and contributed to the development of this treatment method for horses.
I integrate this therapy into my work as an osteopath on a daily basis.
B-E-St stands for Bio Energy Stimulation and uses frequency-specific microcurrent. By sending this current at a very low intensity through the tissue, the body cells are stimulated to produce ATP (the fuel for numerous physiological processes in the body), resulting in faster recovery.
